I'm a farmer's daughter from Indiana that ended up working for a Fortune 100 company, which played a big role in me finding my way back to myself.
I'm aspiring to bring more consciousness to corporations, particularly in HR. I'm a former HR manager who chose to leave a 20-year career in corporate america. I found that so many of my colleagues seem to have forgotten we are about “human” resources.
I'm PASSIONATE about helping those who are in soul-killing environments at work. My vision is that we can make the everyday environment in corporations more life-affirming. I think I know how I can help. (All support and encouragement appreciated.)
