I love your child hood picture(I presumed that is you) ,so naive ,simple and unearthy ,I can see that you are a sentimental person ,who are also very family oriented in a highly comercialised society where overly rated individualism started to take its toll from the fabric of our family values which is essential to humanity ,and humane relationship is what made a HR manager ,as HR upgrade their corporate role from the back room to the front room of business entity and play a crucial task in shaping the policy and humane corporate culture in the new reality , and with these, I think the revitalised mission of HR experts is to bring back that human touch,you are talking about ,and good feeling I am trying to explore with you to our corporate world,and society as a whole.
